Beach Parking

2023 BEACH PARKING:

ALL Vehicles parked at the Main Beach Parking Lot & Rights of Way Egresses must have the NEW RED DON’T GET TOWED -- New color and placement location for beach stickers.

This year’s beach stickers are RED and must be placed on:
1) The front driver’s side of the rearview mirror, visible through the windshield, while parked, or
2) Rearview mirror hangers may also be hung from the mirror, visible through the windshield while parked, or
3) Placed on the driver’s side dashboard visible through the windshield, while parked.

Replacement decals are $5.00 each.

We have installed Resident Parking Only Tow Zone signs (a prerequisite for lawful towing), and in conjunction with the Plymouth Police  have employed a towing company that will be patrolling these areas on a regular basis.

  NO WARNING WILL BE GIVEN!

Please help us avoid any misunderstandings and attach your stickers. IBA will not be responsible for the cost of the tow, storage or any damage incurred. Renters or guests that intend to park at the beach must have a sticker as well or face the possibility of towing.

ADDITIONAL PARKING STICKERS can be ordered by sending an email request to this website via Contact Us. A fee of $5 per extra sticker will be levied. Extra stickers are available at all meetings, through Contact Us or by mail at Indian Brook Association to PO Box 859,  Manomet MA 02345. Please include your payment & current mailing address.
By law we have posted Resident Parking Only signs at the Beach Parking Area & Rights of Way egresses.
This is an effort to regain our privacy and deter uninvited persons. IBA beach stickers should be affixed to the windshield of all vehicles.

BEACH REGULATIONS:

Please understand that the IBA Association encourages all residents & their guests to enjoy our beaches & common areas. Unfortunately, we have had an increasing number of incidents throughout the neighborhood that have been a disturbance to all. These are primarily due to late night uninvited guests looking for a secluded and lightly patrolled area. It is in that regard and with regret we have established a posted set of rules as a deterrent at the entrance to the Main Beach which includes all Right of Way egresses. Additionally we have posted private & neighborhood Watch Signs meant to alleviate unwanted traffic. Your understanding is appreciated.
