About Us

Indian Brook Association was formed nearly 50 years ago as a non-profit organization dedicated to the improvement of the common areas, private roads and beaches throughout our development. We are comprised of nearly 300 different property owners, divided approximately in half between full time and summer residents. While private roads and beaches add greatly to the value of our homes and personal enjoyment, it is not without cost. The town's involvement with our roadways and beach access begins and ends with safety issues. Maintenance and upgrades of these areas remains the responsibility of the residents. The IBA was formed for just this reason, to coordinate the efforts of all residents toward a common goal - the betterment of our neighborhood!

Membership renewal is due each May, costs $100 annually and is open to and encouraged for all property owners. We hold open forum meetings at 7PM on the 3rd Monday of each month from May through August. Minutes are taken at all meetings and will be posted here. We are funded solely by dues and donations. All efforts are voluntary and one hundred percent of all revenues raised benefit the residents of the IBA.

Payments and donations may be submitted directly to the IBA Treasurer at any meeting or by simply mailing a check made out to Indian Brook Association to the address listed below.
